The talk covered definitions, diagnosis, management, plus more.
People with EDS or HSD have joints that have a greater range of motion than is expected or usual. EDS also has significant connective tissue abnormalities that affect skin, joints, muscles and blood vessels.
Symptoms can include subluxation, dislocation, chronic pain and fatigue, Dysautonomia (POTS), gastrointestinal issues, Mast Cell Activation Disorder, and more.
