Energy Management

The main management approach is reducing your activity to a level that can be sustained and that avoids triggering Post-Exertional Malaise (the crash that results from too much exertion). This may mean reducing hours worked, or replacing school with distance education, as well as using energy saving approaches like online shopping. 

Given that your energy is limited, plan so that you can spend it on the activities that are most important to you. Planning to rest before and after an activity can reduce the risk of PEM.
